The Japanese have a way to make every dish more delicious, and I’m a huge fan! Even a simple sauce can yield a depth of flavors to enhance grilled meat.
Here’s a way to make your own Japanese steak sauce that’s so tangy and tasty.
The Ingredients
1/4 cup good quality soy sauce
3 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons sake
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
Here, I have served it with the RedRock inspired Sliced Beef Bowl, and it was so delicious.
