Remote Work and Free Lancing

Sites to find work from home 1

Do you prefer to work from home? Read on about how to search for remote work and which are the top categories to find free lancing jobs.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, most of the non-frontline workers have been working from home and many have gotten used to work within the safety of one’s own home, the flexible schedule, and appreciate not having to commute, which saves them both time and money.

If you are among the two-third of the workforce who prefer to continue working from home, but your company is requiring workers to return to the office, you may need to find a job designated as remote work.

Reputable Sites for Remote Work

You’ll be happy to know that many organizations have created virtual positions, but how to find them? According to an article in US News by Robin Madell, there are bona fide job sites that offer a variety of legit remote work jobs, and here’s a shortlist. Beware however of any sites that offer work-from-home scams.

It’s a great starting point for you to check and search for the remote work position that you would hope for.

Remote Work Hub

Remote Work Hub only posts full time remote positions and claims that it provides its users with 10 times more jobs than the leading job site. According to its founder, Cam Woodsum, working online from anywhere “is the fastest shortcut to freedom and that freedom is the fastest shortcut to happiness and living a great life.” On this site, you can browse job categories and set up job alerts. There’s also a remote job blog sharing more insight about digital nomading.

As mentioned in my “Highly Paid Free Lancing Jobs” post, freelancing is becoming a lifestyle choice for skilled workers globally.
