Method
- Wash and spin dry the lettuce and herbs
- Cut the meat, cucumber and mango into 2" sticks
- Set a bowl of water. Dip one rice paper sheet into the water and lay flat on a mat (or chopping board)
- Lay the vegetable and meat on the rice paper
- Fold one end of the rice paper over the vegetable and meat, and fold neatly the sides over
- Roll tightly to form a neat roll
