Food and Wine Tour – Nice, France

Every year my colleagues and I attend the World Tax Free exhibition in Cannes, and after a week filled with presentations, business meetings, cocktail receptions and dinners, we are just keen to fly home…

However, this time, after all the hard work and stress from the exhibition in Cannes, I feel like relaxing with a fun activity and invite my colleague and buddy Ros to join me on a Food & Wine Tour of Nice, which is 30 minutes ride away from Cannes.

Wine Tasting

Next stop is a huge wine shop selling rare vintage down to wine by the glass.

You can almost savor the Côte d’Azure atmosphere as you sip Côtes de Provence wines in the tradition of the artists and intellectuals who have been drawn to this beautiful place for centuries. While wine tasting and nibbling on cheeses and cold cuts, we learn interesting facts about French wines.

It’s a fun and convivial atmosphere to do wine tasting in the old town, while chatting and people watching…

For the finalé we relax with a selection of freshly created Niçoise specialities at a family owned restaurant Le Romarin,
