Dubai is a city of superlatives with the tallest building, tallest hotel, largest candy store in the world, and more. It’s no different as far as food is concerned. Dubai offers arguably the best and most innovative food experiences as well.
Dubai also offers unique dining experiences like

Dubai attracts top Chefs around the world, so the food quality is superb.
After many incredible meals in Dubai, I’m sharing a few places that I’m sure you will enjoy during your Dubai discovery:
Al Hadheerah
Al Hadheerah offers spectacular Arabian food in an authentic desert venue. It’s a great al fresco experience, followed by a live entertainment program including a horse and camel caravan show.
It’s a great way to sample the tastes and flavors of Arabia!
You can also watch the recreated scenes of Bedouin life in an exhibition area next to the outdoor restaurant. The dining experience is further enhanced by sharing it with our co-workers and friends from the Sequel group.
Amaseena – Ritz Carlton
In the mood for desert romance? Amaseena has a beautiful setting with Bedouin-inspired tents, a star-filled sky and the sounds of live Arabic music.
This Marina restaurant at the Ritz Carlton resort offers a nightly buffet featuring Middle Eastern favorites and themed nights every Wednesday and Thursday.
Vertime has hosted a fun evening at this gorgeous venue. We enjoy the aromas and flavors native to this region: family-style hot and cold mezzeh platters and many live chef’s stations for main courses and grilled meats.
The most enjoyable part is sharing the dining experience with Vertime coworkers and friends from all over the world!
This is the best opportunity to sample Middle Eastern and international sweets. Platter of Arabic sweets are served to the table with Arabic coffee and Morroccan Tea.
Beautiful belly dancers entertain us after dinner.
Marina Social
Marina Social by acclaimed Michelin-starred British chef Jason Atherton offers an amazing dining experience.
Marina Social combines creativity, conversation, class and comfort within a relaxed, social atmosphere.
The backdrop is stunning with panoramic views of the waterfront, overlooking the buzzing Dubai Marina.
The wine selection is divine and the food is served family style to share with our Vertime friends and co-workers from all over the world.
Through a glass window, we can observe the Chef and sous-chef prepare the delicious food with every attentive detail.
This is an amazing culinary experience!
Asia Asia
This award-winning Asia Asia restaurant offers a great marina and skyline view with an outdoor bar and seating area.
Asia Asia is lavishly decorated with its inspiration from the ancient Spice Route travelled by traders.
Exquisite details in the decor reflect the Spice Road journey from Asia through to the Far East.
The menu is extensive and combines different Asian cuisines.
The food is delicious and beautifully presented.
The Butcher Shop & Grill
The Dubai Marina Walk is a promenade along Jumeirah Beach Residence and Dubai Marina. It’s an upscale seven-kilometer (4.3 miles) tree lined promenade among Dubai’s skyscrapers and the man-made marina.
It’s also lined with chic cafes and restaurants, popular retail outlets and endless activities for visitors.
There are so many dining options available… The Butcher Shop & Grill from S. Africa offers great steaks, aged and cooked to perfection.
Another great steakhouse is the Argentina Grill in Dubai Palm Jumeirah.
Le Meridien Jumeirah Beach
Over the years, I have stayed at many hotels in Dubai and most of them offer amazing breakfast buffets with a wide variety of fresh fruits, baked goods as well as local and international specialties.
My favorite is still Le Meridien Jumeirah Beach – Read my Dubai Highlights post here – which offers delicious brioches (my weakness) and croissants as well as many other dishes for breakfast.
Most of the business meetings are usually held at the hotel, and here are some examples of the meals that are served during our work day… No complaints here!
